Below we feature a listing of our company services to give our clients and our website visitors information on what we do as a construction company as well as what services we contract.
Building Consultancy

We provide our clients with advise on building details and construction specifications. We let them know what are the best decisions they should make aligned with what their needs are that best serves their interests.

We also handle queries concerning any aspect of building and construction that our clients may not be completely clear about and discuss all necessary contributing factors that may need to be taken under consideration for leveraging physical resources to maximize cost effectiveness and realization of best risk management practices.
Architectural Drawings

One of the most important part of the building and construction process is effectively transforming our clients' ideas or interests into a visual representation as structural designs and patterns using computer-aided design software.

Our clients will now be able see an example of the exact way their ideas or interests in what they wish to build will look as the final outcome. They will be able to also get a virtual walk-through in 3-D where they will have the option to make any necessary changes to the designs with updates to those changes almost instantaneously.
Electrial/Plumbing

​We can also provide electrical/plumbing installation services including repairs that can be deployed as necessary or when and where necessary within the building and construction process or after to accommodate modifications to existing installations to make available all lighting, electrical outlets, switches, faucets for kitchen and toilet/bath, washing area, and drain piping everywhere where they may be needed that helps to realize our clients' desires to their satisfaction.
Suspended/Gypsum Ceiling

We even do gypsum work as well in forming many different types ceiling for whatever our clients want. We work with different types and sizes of gypsum boards for delivering production work that creates any style of design that is desired by our clients whether it be for residential or commercial needs.

Recess lighting installations for both suspended and gypsum ceilings can also be incorporated into the construction according to how our clients wish for the purpose intended by which rooms will be utilized.
Gypsum Partitions

We also provide gypsum partition constructions for the separation of rooms or work spaces for whatever the function of rooms or work spaces our clients express a desire in.

Partitions can be designed and constructed to a specific height above the floor or full height from floor to ceiling. This can even include straight or cured or angled wall partition to meet the demands of the space for which rooms or work spaces are needed to occupy.
Painting/Welding

Our clients can expect other services needed to provide welding and painting jobs as well where construction work may involve work other than wood or gypsum for interior or exterior furnishing.

All construction work can be finished by being painted at the request of clients for all surfaces that are required to be finished by paint. Unless otherwise directed by the client he/she may specify the colour, mix or integration of surfaced to be finished with painting and the effects of the paint job to their satisfaction.
